The details beneath the shingles matter
A full replacement is an opportunity to address the system beneath the surface. Element follows the selected manufacturer’s installation guidelines and explains the proposed materials and scope before work begins.
A sound foundation
We inspect exposed roof decking and remove and replace soft or damaged sections. Decking repairs are documented and addressed within the approved project scope.
Properly planned ventilation
We calculate the ventilation needs and plan intake and exhaust for the roof and attic configuration. We install the specified components as part of a complete roofing system.
Careful flashing and sealing
Roof penetrations receive appropriate flashing and sealing. Underlayment, leak barriers and other components are installed as part of the specified roofing system.
A finished Rockwall project
